Never Give Up !!!

For my article, I did not choose to tell you about a famous person. But all of my little cousin Lilie, who is for me an example of courage, determination and perseverance!
Lilie is a young girl almost like the others, in 4th class in a college of Seine et Marne (77). However, it has long been the focus of conversations and sometimes mocking remark from these schoolfriends. Lilie is actually hard of hearing.
Around the age of 5 years, his parents realized that Lili did not answer when they called at certain times (example; Lilie in his room and his mom in the kitchen), he had to speak up. Following this, they went to an ENT. The verdict is: A dry autite undetected has severely damaged the inner ear eardrum Lilie. (Explanation then become very complex). She has lost 55% of his hearing, while developing facultée to read lips with great ease.
However, our family has always considered Lilie as a child like the others, even playing with his "handicap". She said she is deaf and she says no, it's just hard of hearing.
Moreover, none of us has learned sign language.
On the other hand, Lilie has always wanted to attend school normally. This was possible thanks to speech therapist and a very expensive equipment.
Nevertheless his "handicap" is not understood by everyone (mocking remark + lessons maladaptive), a speech therapist came to class to hear what other Lilie heard in these ears that is no great things!
Paradoxically, Lilie has a busy life and like all young girls she plays handball, dancing, loves shopping ... A Real Girl! ;-D
Lilie has therefore never let down and upset by all this. She always took things with a smile and a "positive attitude" (dedication to his favorite singer Lorie ^ ^).
Although Lilie and we know that one day she will hear nothing.
